and - provide the symchronization/migration once again to start VPS.
and - Also, check the following procedure about how to subscribe to the signal with MQL5 VPS (just in case you missed something): https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/189731 (MT4)

You can check (we on the forum can not check anything because you did not provide any technical data to check or to help).
1. You can check the name of the broker's server on this link https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions to the name of the server in your Metatrader.
Because the broker are having ability to change the name of the server ... so - just take to be same names.
You can check the condition of your MQL5 VPS subscription using this link: https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions
2. If you say that MQL5 VPS was stopped so it should be written in the logs/journal. So, just check the logs/journal about the following: it was stopped or not, if yes so why (it may be written there about "why" too).
And to know what it was stopped (and it was stopped or not) - look at MQL5 VPS journal about what was written there.
3. If MQL5 VPs is really stopped (and if it is written in the journal) so you can provide the synchronization/migration once again. Because synchronizarion/migration = start VPS.
provide the symchronization/migration once again to start VPS.
4. You can check the subscription procedure once again (just in case you missed something) -

OK and where can I see the logs of the VPN ?
Are you talking about MQL5 VPS?
If yes so - it is how to get the logs in this VPS (logs = journal):

After the synchronization of the trading environment with the MQL5 VPS, trading is performed in the VPS server, not locally in your MT4/5 platform.
So, you only have to check the MQL5 VPS (right click) >> Journals, to see the message that says that everything (EA, indicators or signals) runs normally.
By the way, if you are using the sigal subscription with MQL5 VPS so you should check this logs in very often way. Why? Because the logs tell you about the following: the trade was copied or not, and if not - why.
And look at here too https://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help/virtual_hosting/virtual_hosting_terminal .
It may be MT4 ...
Anyway - you can check in the instruction for Metatrader 4
here https://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help/virtual_hosting/virtual_hosting_terminal
and
everything related to MQL5 VPS for MT4 is on this part of instruction: https://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help/beginning/virtual_hosting
Because you wrote in the title of this thread that " VPS for MT4 always stop" so I understood that it is MQL5 VPS and it is Metatrader 4.
And to know - stop or not - it is necessary to look at the logs. Because how to know about it was stopped or not? MQL5 VPS is "Metatrader in cloud" (your other Metatrader but in cloud), and this "Metatrader in cloud"/MQL5 VPS does not have interface to look at it. It means that we can only see/check everything by using the logs.

Could be a systematic problem?

Could be a systematic problem?
No one knows ... if the user told that his VPS was stopped so it mean the following: he already checked MQL5 VPS logs/journal and it was written that it was stopped ... otherwise how does he know that it was stopped if he does not know what is journal and where to look at it?
It is necessary to see/read the logs about what was written there.
Same with this thread https://www.mql5.com/de/forum/426746#comment_40182275 - did he provide synchronization and what was written in the logs? Sucessful or not? And more information from the logs ...
The users can check everythig by themselves. Or they can provide all the information on their threads and experienced users will help and suggest something.
----------------
If it was really stopped (and it is written in the logs, and repeated synchronization/migration can not help and it is written in the logs too) so the users can change MQL5 VPS server from bad one to the good/any other one/server: post #2
