As for scientific literature I studied psychology: Jung, Freud, Granovsky... If we are going to compete with you in quantity and variety of books read, you are likely to lose, because I read books in three languages and my general vocabulary is bigger)) And my parents loved Hegel, that's why I'm rooting for him.)

You would be surprised if you knew how different the mentalities of people in different countries are. Most of what I learned growing up in Russia was completely alien to the people I came into contact with. A different world, a different culture and a total lack of points of intersection with you. In a word, not at all. One cannot help forgetting such small and specific folkloric details. So...
