Not sure what this is about, but maybe because if you take 0.0489/MarketInfo(Null,Mode_POINT) and 0.04890/MarketInfo(Null,Mode_POINT)
When dealing with English-speaking customers, I use the following terms: 1 point (pip) = 0.0001 or 0.01. 1 point = 0.00001 or 0.001. There is no more disagreement. =)
