How can you do that without movement? In a casino, does the roulette wheel spin or not? In forex, if the price stands still, no trade will close either in the + or in the -. If you do not feel the movement, it means that you are already in the other world).
Is there a theory that proves that fully automated forex trading can be profitable?
If there is no such theory, it should be developed!

That's right. You need a theoretical basis. Otherwise, it's a mess.
