In an assembly shop, people even with a narrow specialisation can work, and specialists are always welcome. Arrogance is not welcome anywhere.

For me the role of a facilitator is more suitable. Of course I do not have the depth of knowledge and experience as most other programmers here, this is not always necessary, but useful. We, of course, can do some things too). It is important to organize the process, activities and send in the right direction. A well-coordinated team works as a single entity without even straining, because a lot of unnecessary costs are eliminated at the individual level.

And this is who I would like to see in the team.

Traders who specialise more in one of the medium or short term up to days shorter.

Traders who focus on news and fundamental data.

Programmers with an interest in trading. Statisticians, mathematicians and economists who have entered the path of market battles.

It would also be good to have a lawyer and a website owner.

I do not want to name people I would like to invite. Only a personal initiative.

I understand that there is a certain distrust and not everyone can get over it. But it is always necessary to make the first step to reach a certain goal.

I'm not trying to persuade anyone. I have already received several offers to cooperate from people known to all of you. The offer is still valid until the beginning of April.

I can not guarantee that everyone will be able to find common ground, but let's be polite and patient. There will be no hard commitments in the first phase, the burden will be in the form of consultations for concerted action.

I constantly follow this forum and see that most of the forum members have a one-sided view of the market. They all have their pluses and minuses, of course. But it is difficult for them to achieve great results because of the sheer volume of information they have to digest, and the loss of valuable time. Many do not see the pitfalls of the market at all. I have a clear view that a collective of the smartest people on this forum can and should be created. From the fragmented capabilities of individuals to create a single mechanism that will have a market advantage over other participants. This is the right way to do business. A group always has an advantage over individuals.

It is basically possible to create an open group in this forum and lead the discussion, but that's not the solution, because the advantage will be lost at the expense of the general dissemination of the strategy. And trolls won't let you work freely. Therefore, the group is formed for serious work in a narrow circle of like-minded people. Advantage to get into the group will have those who are willing to work, have experience in a particular discipline and most importantly, should be confident in a successful venture. Pessimists are not welcome because they are the first to break a team.

Some, mainly programmers, fear that the entire burden of work will fall on their shoulders and that others will take advantage of their labour. It's obvious that distrust is present. To such people I can say one thing. You can continue to futilely paw at the code alone, at many times larger volumes, or make some extra money as a freelancer.

I predict that the volume in programming will not be large, the emphasis is on the other complex aspects. But the contribution to the overall product has to be there anyway.

There are a lot of small teams around the world that have a turnover of millions. You have to draw your own conclusions.

Not everyone can bring people together to work together. There are stereotypes that are difficult to break. There is a fear of responsibility and many reasons.

I take on the function of forming a group. There is a clear direction in which to move, there is positive experience, there are practices that can be used. I've grown out of short trousers.
