This is unlikely. Brokerage licences are a stable income for MQs, it's like risk-free income at Market. Therefore, it is profitable for the number of brokers to grow. This is a permanent stable income stream.

And the income from users is spontaneous income, the more the better, but it is not constant. Once again, OS, social network, retail. Now make a parallel to MQ. It becomes obvious. It's not oil, sugar and potatoes, it's OS, social network and retail/retail.
