You can of course conduct more detailed studies and write that and how ... But it would be a whole scientific work. Undoubtedly, there is a dependence of the next tick on the previous one and on the very first tick in history. But nobody has managed to find it out yet, so the probability of the next tick is 50% on a big enough sample.
