To avoid reinventing the wheel, please post the CopyTicks overload, which fills the MqlTick array from Finam's downloaded txt database.

Do the holes match the MT5?
No comparison can be made because there is no time in milliseconds.
In the last 5 years there hasn't been a single instance of the Exchange giving non-vkr data!

Request Officially from your broker, but as this data is paid,
Ask for an extract for the last 2-3 minutes on Si-3.17 20.01.2017.
Then compare with what they gave me.
