You are very much mistaken. Two years ago there was a crash and a lot of people, including me, lost their rating. Not so long ago the rating was increased to the level when it was lost and the bonuses resumed. And now when the rating goes up, the bonuses are automatically credited with fabulous bonuses and financial transactions are automatically restricted, then after contacting Service Desk the bonuses are written off completely.

If we are only talking about rating bonuses, then yes. Last week I had some earned funds. They didn't write them off, I successfully withdrew them. That is, only what is credited by mistake is removed. Thus, everything is fair.
