What's new in MetaTrader 4 and MQL4 - big changes on the way - page 19

And once again, I will repeat my request:

Increase the number of buffers in the indicators. The current limit of 8 buffers makes it very inconvenient to build complex calculation schemes.

You can get everything in the data window.

Do you mean through Win API? But this method is not part of MQL4 and it will not be universal: if the window class is changed in the next build, the application has to be updated. I meant the MQL4 standard way. This is the MQL4 standard way.

Zhunko; You can get everything in the data window.

It's not hard to build a function.

here's a simple substitution.

What's this about? The question was this:

A program is started. The user then attaches indicators to the chart, even the standard ones. How to get, using only MQL4 tools:

1. Names of attached indicators.

2. Indicators parameters.

3. Values of different buffers of these indicators on arbitrary bars.

Well, if so, I was wrong.

So, I have not made a mistake in understanding the question ;)

So I was not mistaken in my understanding of the question asked ;)

It's all over the internet. Everyone is used to it: one is about Thomas, the other about Yeremma, and the third about "a beast unknown to science").
