Greeks haven't reached an agreement with creditors, no budget cuts agreed (according to RBC).....Where's the movement? There's a lot of cotton wool being pumped around.

Yes, they've been negotiating for two months. Explaining that the process is underway and this week we will reach an agreement

And on budget cuts they seem to have agreed on everything except pensions.
