That may be the case, they shuffle all the time.
If there are a lot of bears they will shoot at 33 (in short they are against the people! where do you find out exactly what the people think?)(the crowd thinks they are going against the TA crowd and hence TA works:)))))

In both directions in huge quantities!!! It's not like the price is moving! If one outbids the other you will see it right away!
