How long do you hold a deal on average?

How long do you keep the deal on average?
I haven't measured the time. It depends on the speed of price movement. The lion's share of all deals is closed using a short stop. Stop 7.5 pips. Estimate how much time the price can pass 7.5 pips.

Um... page 579... it would have taken me a long time to find it. :))

Yes... But on the other hand, back on 562 pp. - you were an active member of the branch... :-)

That's why I was wondering whether I should post 579 pages. - like the man already knows what he's talking about! ... :-) it turned out - it is necessary - no question, if only the desire to be engaged in this direction ...

7.5 pips - hopefully four digits... You can calculate that if you really want to. But if by eye, at a glance, it's more than the average range of five pips on the oire.

Nevertheless, you are perceptive. This is another tester's grail. That's why I put "hit of the season" in quotes.) And paukas is not quite right to recommend everyone to test at opening prices of minutes. One should always test on ticks too.

I agree. The test by Open Price is almost ideal if: large takes and stops (conditionally, of course, but not less than 10 points, in my opinion), and the logic of opening deals does not imply opening a new deal inside a bar. And if they are pendants, they can probably open inside the bar as well, so a test on all real ticks will show a different result. And besides, small stops, less than 10 pips - are distorted by an option test, necessarily distorted.
