If the situation in the Eurozone does not change then further down. (IMHO)
Right, so - "if further down, they will say - the situation in Europe has not changed". And vice versa. (IMHO)

You can't tell what the news is talking about:

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is not yet in talks with Rome on a programme to provide financial assistance to Italy, a spokesman said today. A spokesman for the fund said this today. "There are no talks with the Italian authorities on an IMF financing programme," he said, responding to queries from journalists.

Official sources in Rome have also not yet confirmed reports of an IMF application for assistance.

Kitsan:

I'm sick and tired of being scammed by the misinformation media.

It is the same for Germany, they are constantly talking rubbish, Germany is for single Eurobonds, then nothing, then again for single bonds, there can be no single bonds, etc., etc.

I am fed up with these debunkings in the media.

Well just recently there was a false rumour about France being downgraded, then they said they were wrong. Now it's 600bn for Italy - oops, they got it wrong again))) So it's better to insulate yourself from the news.
