How do you look at the hierarchical pyramid, according to which everyone is promoted to their level of incompetence. So all managers are incompetent and you can't be offended by them.

The rich are not those who have a lot of everything (that's a collector (c) Zadornov M.N.), but those who have enough and know how to use what they have.

I.e. live in harmony with the world. You take from it exactly as much as you need.

We do not have such problems, our managers do not come from the bottom but from somewhere unknown on the side, i.e. the managers are not at all in the know. There is no need to be offended - we should have an explanatory talk so that they do not interfere with work.
