Please advise: Why in the Strategy Tester can open orders in piles in one place, even though the code of the EA contains the minimum step between open orders, and, according to the testing data, this rule is generally obeyed? Also, the rule of maximum number of open orders is broken during such mass openings (the number of unidirectional orders exceeds the number specified in the EA settings).

I know what iHighest/iLowest... but how? These functions are tied to the current bar ... and count against an offset ... but I need just by time, regardless of timeframe.
