To me, any kind of coercion is an abomination! That is why it is high time we all got smart and chased the cattle-suckers out of here, instead of slavishly accepting any handout!

First, money has its true status as a means of "LABOUR PAYMENT" only for the working people. For all the people who sit on the shoulders of the people, money has been declared a TROUBLE. Consequently, there is no need for them to EARN money. Who ever heard a parasite answer to the people, on what basis he has the value of 10000 man-years of socially useful WORK?
And secondly, NO LEADER SHOULD be appointed from the top.... If a group of workers feels that their collective work will be much more effective with a MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, then that group should JUST HELP THAT MANAGER... Then the manager... Then the manager would not be a king and god, who punishes, pardons, and brings affairs in his area of responsibility to an absurd state (because he IS NOT an expert), but a HIRED WORKER of the team he manages.
Thus, the people are THEY are to blame for being in this mess. (And there is no one to be offended).
