Maybe I'm not aware of it, but it seems that a meeting has been held and money allocated. The Prime Minister is on a plane ride, Medvedev seems to have gone on holiday. But everyone else is carrying out urgent fire preparations in an orderly fashion and in a week there will be no danger to homes? And will there be only local fires to extinguish? Or is everything already done?
