Sending to ICQ is described here and it's very simple.

The function in MQL4 is ready, just call it in your Expert Advisor and send a message to ICQ.

After my criticism and correction of the error (alleged error MS OS for certain processors) since the first days of September I am fully satisfied with hosting Agawa.

I was given one month free of charge and I pay 400RUB per month.

 

It doesn't seem expensive. What are you running there? Just MT?
