А как это сделать? Я пробовала ставить поверх, пробовала удалять все старые терминалы, я даже откатывала систему но ничего не получается. Даже после откатки терминалы не работают.

Let's try to clean up the system:

End all terminal.exe in Task Manager (if there are several of these processes, end them all), or better yet, reboot your computer (then all unnecessary processes will be terminated).

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

Uninstall ALL terminals you have.

Then go here. Once you've done that, we'll keep it up.
 
By the way, which version is Avast? The new 5, or the old 4?
