Upgrade. Download a new one.

Look again - in C:{WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
find the hosts file-- double-click on it, open it in notepad.

Copy what's in that file here.

We don't know yet. That might come in handy.


ElenD, delete the bottom line of the hosts file
i.e., the last line should be
127.0.0.1 localhost.

Anything below that should be deleted. Save the changes.
 
I opened Hosts with notepad, fixed it, but I can't save it
