The results show that the initial statement is not quite true. The closer to the truth is:
At random entry (buy or sell and time) probability of stop or take response will be PROPORATIONAL tothe square of their relation. I.e. if TP=20 and SL=20, the probability of closing in profit will be equal to the probability of closing with a loss. Regardless of the trend and currency pair and time history. But if TP = 2* SL the probability of loss isfour times higher.


Hypothesis:

p(TP) / p(SL) == (SL / TP) ^ 2

It seems to me that you don't understand what balance means and what equity means.

Your balance (just a picture) will grow in an even thread upwards, while the equity (your money) will melt away in the same even thread because of swaps.

You will only be able to withdraw money (equity) from the account to the amount of your available funds, which will melt away, regardless of the growth of the balance (you can have as much as a billion).

To see how much you have earned - close all open positions, and your multi-billion-dollar balance will equal equity - i.e., it will fall from the sky to the reality of stock market life...

So where is there no risk of loss if you initially agree to lose on swaps?

You gave the example that commissions/swaps/spreads are an analogy to paying for a trading floor. Let's then pay for the trading floor and not come to trade. Where is the earning here?
