In this case neither TF nor pair are the criteria to determine the trend.
Perhaps the total height of 4 bars in pips, colour of bars, their sequence ...

Возможно от суммарноый высоты 4-х баров в пунктах, цвета баров, их последовательности ...

By the way, you don't need a high qualification for your TS.
But you need the formal rules, you do not have them.
