2. There is no reason to crash - no one benefits
3. strong dollar - investors` desire to take risks
4. they are strong 3595 - if we pass overnight, tomorrow will be hara-kiri for the jews

Dow Jones & Co. sells rights to its index
Today, February 11, The Wall Street Journal reported that Dow Jones & Co. is selling 90% of its shares to CME Group, which operates the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Thus, the exchange will get the rights to one of the leading US stock indexes - Dow Jones Industrial Average. The amount of the deal will be $ 607.5 million. Dow Jones index, which appeared in 1896, will change its owner for the first time.
Dow Jones Index will be managed by CME Group Index company specially created for this purpose. 10% of the new entity will be owned by the former owner of the Dow Jones Index & Co. CME Group stressed that the name of the stock index will not be changed - this was one of the conditions of the deal.
Dow Jones & Co. was also interested in MSCI Inc, the former Morgan Stanley unit that specialises in calculating market indices. It produces MSCI Emerging Markets, a composite measure of emerging markets.
The Dow Jones index has until now always been owned by Dow Jones & Co. but ownership has changed. In 2007, News Corp. owned by media mogul Rupert Murdoch bought Dow Jones from the Bancroft family. The most valuable part of the asset was Dow Jones' media projects, in particular The Wall Street Journal. However, the purchase proved unprofitable for News Corp. and the sale of the index rights to CME Group was one way to cover them.
Recall that the Dow Jones index was first published in 1896. It was created by Wall Street Journal editor and Dow Jones & Company founder Charles Dow. The index is calculated based on the financial performance of the 30 largest US companies. Dow Jones was founded in 1882. It operates a number of respected business publications: news agency Dow Jones Newswires, web portal MarketWatch and Barron's magazine. The Wall Street Journal is the company's main asset. Its circulation is 2.1 million copies. In 2006, it generated $1.8 billion in revenues and $386 million in net income.
