The database was "single" only at the "launch" of MQL5 forum ( as far as I know ). Try creating a nickname "manually".

For starters, try the forgotten password recovery procedure.
But it won't help you specifically - your nickname on this forum is later than the login copying procedure. The base has been independent since day one, we just copied it from mql4.com to mql5.com. So register your login there, there is no other way.
