sanyooooook, look for someone else sitting on your IP. Unless, of course, you've been downloading something in bulk yourself. But that doesn't sound like you. We'll look into it.
 
Those who are downloading are not there, but there are those who may have logged in, from my ip, under a different username.

Why Tolyana?
 
I had the same situation three years ago. From the same IP in the company where I worked, another person supposedly came here and downloaded a lot of content. I was autobanned by IP, not by login (I logged in at home without any problems). It was sorted out.
 
Why Tolyana? The first name that came to mind, and it turned out to be a loose one.
 
And how long did the blockage last?
