Here's the link I found. It all makes sense now.
I already gave you this link, go through it, at least for now I'm not lacking resources - four cores is enough

Good service, but obviously overpriced.
I use RusOnyx.

But in one year of use, not a single failure.
But in a year of use, not a single malfunction
I actively use DDS:
- about a dozen of MT4 terminals that trade and collect various statistics;
- Performing optimization simultaneously in several MT4 terminals + work of your testers;
- Other terminals with their own API;
- I am programming in several languages with compilation.
I have tried 4 services (2 - American, 2 - Russian). All of them have been failing for a year. Sometimes failures were caused (presumably) by memory shortage.
Describe what tasks does your DDS perform? A year without any failures - great!
Several terminals with EAs. I use Keshman for automatic memory cleaning - so far so good
It's a bit expensive for me personally. I have already refused it.
If you run one terminal + EA, i.e. when minimum resources are required, a budget VPS is enough.
What resources are enough for one terminal?
The cheapest solution is suitable.
