The criterion is simple - according to the amount of money earned through the profession. 1. Bill Gates, then Norton, and so on.
Yes, yes. And both made their money as programmer chasers, not as programmers. The first one has no such profession at all, he was expelled (or dropped out on his own -- I don't remember).
What is a successful marriage
Let's start by thinking about what it means to have a successful marriage or to have a strong and serious relationship. What is the measure of success, what is its measure? Material? Spiritual?
Probably both, but spirituality should undoubtedly be in the first place. No, we mean the kind of honesty in which spouses are open to understanding each other, able to come to each other's aid, talk frankly about any problems. Trust is an important component of marriage. It is no exaggeration to say that there can be no successful marriage without it.
Suspicion, mistrust, finally - God forbid! - surveillance, which some spouses do not shy away from, a variety of "security checks", "catching you on your word" - all these are lumps of earth thrown on the grave of marital happiness. Finally, a few words on the material side. As they often say: money doesn't matter. Yes, the spiritual component of the family comes first.
But let's be honest: would we really like to live without money? We don't. That's why, when getting married, it's worth getting out of the clouds and thinking about the material side of future life together, trying to ensure at least some degree of stability.

Probably "successful" from the word "succeeding", mathematically it would look like a plan/fact, anything greater than one = successful programmers

I have a suspicion that many here are intimidated by the prospect of getting a low score on their own grade... as a programmer.
