Which fonts are we talking about? There are 128 fonts in the set + a separate Wingdings - it has all the icons the terminal needs.
The ones with 128 :) like Wingdings, Webdings - picture fonts.
I looked it up on Windows. When I opened the font file, there was this: http://s61.radikal.ru/i171/1007/a6/5000de65688e.gif
You have the Wingdings 3 font. Here is a screenshot of the one in my archive.
You could also reinstall office... although whose Wingdings, windings or office - can't remember :) to be precise - don't know ;)
The terminal works fine without office and the fonts are fine. So it's a Windows thing.

So I have to download the archive and install the Wingdings font and then the indicator should work fine, but the Wingdings 3 needs to be removed?
