An enthusiast is a person who works because he loves it.
A competent specialist works for money and this is his main call to work
(He may not like the job itself, by the way, because he wrote so much while he became literate that he's sick of the codes,
but he will still overcome the nausea and code your system for your money, because he is a specialist).
This is why the requirements are almost incompatible.

С программистами на этом форуме спорить бесполезно, из-за не равной весовой категории. Дискуссии на эту тему не получится, сразу в бараний рог свернете:) Если позволите, есть прогеры высокой квалификации, которые кодят интересные ДЛЯ НИХ идеи, но ведь бесплатно!
