I think there is a different principle. The masses: disorganized, ignorant, blind. That's why the "authorities" are like that. On paper\in theory - when playing the game of democracy the masses are the authorities, the paradox is that those who are not actually the authorities call themselves the "authorities". Again, the question of the masses' level of understanding of what is going on. The main wealth of the Medvedevs is the ignorance of the RUSSIAN people. I'm not a nationalist, it's just that Russians are 80% (the dominant people and all that).
