What is missing there is that they should have traditionally kicked everyone in the tomatoes and stunned them in the back of the head with butts. Until you kick them in the tomatoes, there is no assurance that the hostages are safe.

It's an outrage. Let me explain my point of view:
1. Suspects should not have been taken in traffic, innocent people could have been hurt;
2. The state and society did not give the police the right to humiliate suspects, and here the humiliation is obvious.
Vadim, a kick in the "tomatoes" can deprive a man of his offspring. And this is a very serious type of crime, though not provided for in our country's Criminal Code. What if there had been a pregnant woman there? The task of the riot police is to apprehend and deliver, not humiliate.
What you are saying is wishful thinking. Moreover, zero tenths of the population of our country consider such detentions abnormal.
This detention is normal practice, it is exactly what happens in all regions.
Once again, kicking tomatoes is taught by an instructor, bullying is taught by an instructor, and everything is practiced in the gym.
The purpose of these humiliations is to simplify and speed up the detention, to make the staff as safe as possible and to obtain the cooperation of the detainee.

Это задержание - нормальная практика, во всех регионах именно так и происходит.
Ещё раз - пинать по помидорам обучает инструктор, издеваться учит инструктор, всё отрабатывается в спортзале.
Задача этих унижений - упростить и ускорить задержание, максимально обезопасить персонал, добиться сотрудничества от задерживаемого.

Женщины: обычно не сдаются, готовы жертвовать собой ради цели, у них выше порог болевой чувствительности и они легче переносят обильные кровопотери.

Have you seen too many Western movies where women are beating up men in packs? Well, I'll tell you a secret (which will be irretrievably lost in a few generations), they really are weak. A big strong woman in combat is inferior to a small man, that's nature's way. Psychotic, uncontrollable and unpredictable, yes. And their physical constitution is more vulnerable. Don't think not personal experience, but instruction and observation :) By the way, about losing the ability to procreate when kicked in a certain place by a man - it's also very, very unlikely, after all, evolution has made our bodies very resilient.
