I was a bit of a rant myself, but now I realise that you were absolutely right in your first post. The more the Queen of Spades is put into forex, the more

I don't think so. Harmonisation comes in many forms. AT can bring a person into a state of complete inner harmony also through disconnection from the outside world. It is indeed easier to reach the state this way. However, this variant completely negates the harmony of the inner and outer.
On the contrary, martial arts are built on achieving dynamic harmony with the outside world. But it is hardly suitable for forex. In a duel with a man, at least the aim and the possibilities of the opponent are clear, the physical laws of his action (the same for both) and methods of dealing with it are understandable. And forex has no goal, much less a goal to defeat you. As it has been already said here more than once, trading is rather a duel with one's psyche. Therefore, it requires a much higher level of harmony, i.e. a combination of internal harmony and external harmony. Kroche - kung fu. :-)
2. Forex++ has goals - humanisation of humanity, balance with the planet, prevention of destruction.
1. is it easy? It is not easy for the market either. To mimic does not mean to pretend. It's easy to become something whose nature is known. You can only know what is not human nature irrationally. By knowing irrationally, you change yourself. By changing and changing again, you achieve non-doing. "In non-action, there is nothing that will not happen by itself." Reaching non-action, you stay with the market. This is the Master's work. But when it is achieved, the market is no longer needed.
2. Forex does not have the aim to nail a particular person, as it happens in human duel. As an economic tool forex is perfect. Unfortunately, there is always the temptation to use a tool invented by highbrow people not for its intended purpose (i.e. for good), but quite the opposite. And in that sense, forex is an ordeal for many. If there were no trials in life, how would a person know himself ? How would he be able to gain spiritual experience ? That's why in Forex there are always two processes: humanization and dehumanization. And it doesn't depend on whether one has lost or gained. It depends on what that person is like.
And therefore, forex has no purpose. I think we should not personify it. All the same, establishing a purpose is a purely human feature, i.e. a property of intelligent systems. And the above-mentioned purposes of forex++ - it happened by itself. :-) That's not what forex was created for.

Autogenic Training Techniques (AT). I would suggest it to those two traders who forgot to exit a trade, and in general anyone who experiences strong emotions when trading on the real.
Once upon a time, our trainer (modern pentathlon) conducted an experiment. We do shooting, before the AT and after. We compare the results. If we do it (AT) correctly, then the results were better for ALL. And I remember 1 showed phenomenal results, before AT 160-165 out of 200, after a pack of 50 shots, bullet to bullet 498 out of 500.
The thing is that I think AT may be aimed at different targets and when shooting as well as traidding, I think it is important to be calm, indifferent to the result. Emotions are what bring you down. The same as in a shooting competition, one person wants very much to achieve the best result but emotions prevent him from doing it. The other is calm and just does his thing, calmly and confidently.
But AT for fencing competitions has a different target setting, and it also brings results, but the truth is not for everyone.

I would like information about drones :-) and rearmament to them +7%.
The methods (the experiment) that I wrote about were somewhere in 1980. They just do not get it right away. And with each time I get more and more convinced that we have to look for ideas, and not there. Show men are there, so they believe them, but in fact they buy our brains or read our translations and begin to run around with flags We are the best and so on.
Life will teach you everything, but you have to pay for training :-).
