How do I check the operation of the data centre? - page 15

In this thread - "Communication Problem" Demax reports:
<br / translate="no"> About an hour ago the terminal said "crack" and showed me no connection.
Well, I sat there and waited to see when it would connect - I waited for about 20 minutes - nothing.
At the same time I have Internet - ICQ is working, http too.
I close the terminal and restart it - there is a connection.

The question, is it just me, or anyone else noticed?

s.s. The terminal is from 19 october, Alpari demo server.

Same problem on Alpari demoserver. Now I check my terminal, all four terminals connected via one private datacenter (MT build 198 of 10/19/2016, DC build 316 of 10/16/2016) shows "No connection". Hence the conclusion - neither the terminal (Demax's) nor the data centre (mine) was able to restore connection with Alpari servers.
And all four terminals have no default server selected (no check mark), although I don't know how it is with Demax, it feels like at the moment of selecting the best server a failure occurs and as if the connection is established and no retries to resume the connection.

Thank you, we found the bug today and fixed it.
We will try to release the 199 build tomorrow.

Today again all three terminals running through the data centre (Alpari demo server) have stopped. Here is a screenshot of one of them:

here is its log:

Yes, we have already found a bug in the 198 terminal leading to a stall in some datacenter configurations. Just caught it on Alpari. We will release build 199 with the fix this week.

I remember, but I feel the need to supply debugging information :)
I don't know if anything else will turn up.

Noticed today that all three terminals are losing connection at the same time, maybe that's additional new information.

Yes, I forgot to tell you. While I was preparing the previous post there was a connection interruption (ICQ went down, Alpari UK terminal showed no connection), after 2-4 minutes the connection was restored (ICQ turned green, Alpari UK terminal restored the connection by itself), but the three sleeping terminals did not react to this event in any way. Had to rescan the servers manually anyway.

It's been a long time since the terminals went down, the build is still 198. Looked at the build of the data centre - 317 from 01 november 2006. decided to write as the computer needs to be rebooted.

Better upgrade to 199 build, the error was in the terminal.
