How to connect my real account to the metatrader

do you have an account from a broker? if yes go to platform -- file -- login to trade account 

select your broker's server , type your account login number and password...

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.
