I've heard that apple uses... I don't know what it's called... high-temperature stuff that you can't re-solder... although the embedded amd chips they use often fail.
I haven't heard of high-temperature solder, I guess. Here chips are re-soldered with a construction hair dryer - that's for the poor. Or there are soldering stations, same thing, a stream of hot air heats the chip, then it is removed from the board with a suction cup. This is how one working phone/tablet/laptop is assembled from two broken ones. If high-temperature, probably a standard hair dryer is not enough to melt the solder.
Although, there's also infrared heating, also sort of from a coil, there's a lot more. I'm not a repairman, just some related knowledge.
strong gradation of silicon chips starts after 120 C
generally speaking, if you look at the catalogues of western controllers, there are three temperature ranges with very different prices - commercial, industrial and military
This does not mean that the chips are made with different processes, it means a different depth of testing and often a different packaging of the chip
military range in something like -60 to +120, in this range the declared characteristics are guaranteed, the price difference with a commercial one is up to 100 times and more
Alexei, you're looking at peak, i.e. short-term
And here will be in 24/7/365 mode.
Well PC visions are not at all for military purposes.
There are video cards specifically for mining, but they have a reduced warranty of up to 3 months

a little wrong, in the case of controllers and other electronics manufacturer guarantees the operation with the declared parameters at a chip temperature of up to 120 for the runtime.
by the way, about the videogrid, it has to be the lowest, commercial range because it's the cheapest
from memory, the industrial range is only differentiated by subzero temperatures, I think down to -10

ZSY: I was involved in the development of processors, as much as three )) did in 2006 at Genesis Inc a chip for the first digital television on one chip, called Hudson 2, liked to call there chips names of actors past
I've already written, I don't care. I'm only benefiting from such rumours, I'll be upgrading my computer soonin the long term to $1 million? in 10 years, maybe.
maybe wait? )
i'm not alone in my predictions ))))

it's an old tale to keep the background going.
the more articles on the net the closer the dump.it's an old tale to set the scene.
The more articles on the net the closer the plum.I came across a film that seems to be praised online, about tulip fever. A bit in line with the topic of this thread.

Anyone seen it? I thought I'd check it out for tonight

It's not bad, and the phrasing is good.)
An artist paints a young merchant's wife.
- Don't move! (Drawing) Do you know why painters paint the Virgin Mary blue!
- Is it a symbol of innocence?
- No, it's the most expensive paint - ultramarine.
)))))))))))
-------------------
We have finished watching it, it has little to do with the tulip fever itself, just for the plot, but it's not a bad melodrama, recommended to watch with a girl and wine/beer ))
