can someone tell me what the issue is

yesterday i wanted to withdraw money to visa card all entered as required after pressing the withdraw button the message popped up

there is an unexpected error to withdraw funds contact Service Desk

I have written to them but in reply silence for the second day

will someone do this for a long time or not?

I withdrew it yesterday, everything was fine.

I got it yesterday, everything was fine. 2 days is not a long time.

I have not seen this error before, it is very rare.

Funds were unblocked on their own within 3 5 days

I had an even "better" situation yesterday - there were no errors when I withdrew to Visa, but the money did not arrive on the card. I wrote to Service Desk - silence...

Just sent it to Visa. All is ok. All was withdrawn.

There is a limit on the withdrawal amount for that reason
