So the idea is yours, I just wanted to open a thread on it.

According to the rules of this system, do you place pending stop orders on the support/resistance lines? Then I suggest using this indicator from CodeBase - just to avoid drawing the lines manually:

Link is broken, says 404

Corrected - here.

I meant the link to the English branch :-) I'll google translate it into Russian, maybe an idea will come up...

Rosh:
Check out the article at the link to see how to insert the code correctly so that it is coloured. It makes it easier to read.

You mean the link to the branch on your system in the English part? I haven't opened it yet.

One is NRTR_Color_Line - get it for MT5 from herehttps://www.mql5.com/en/forum/10741/page7#comment_440666

The other one is AbrahamTrend_v1, made based on Trading the Trend article by A.Abraham. So it is also a variation of NRTR. It hasn't been translated into MT5 yet.

You can see what NRTR is herehttps://www.mql5.com/en/forum/9950/page9#comment_439033 - Konstantin Kopyrkin discovered this theory and described it here(this is his site, in Russian).

NRTR is Nick Rypock Trailing Reverse, if you read Nick Rypock from the reverse side, you get the last name of the author (that's how he immortalized himself :) ) Before Kopyrkin (till 2001) R.Colby and T.Meyers proposed this idea.

Asctrend system is based on this NRTR indicator as well, with Expert Advisors. You can download and watch it herehttps://www.mql5.com/en/forum/10741/page19#comment_468055(it is our forum, but English section). There are already two EAs there (two versions), I optimized them for settings and backtesting etc. You can download (posted the source code) and see. Any improvement is welcome.

I mean the link. I have several such threads there (with EAs, trades and systems). It's hard to post one and the same content in parallel ... I am more comfortable there, in the English one.

By the way, our Godzilla has now translated the Paramon indicator to MT5. Another indicator is translated by my friend Igor (igorad) at my request. It means that now we have a complete installation of Paramon's system for MT5. I will find the links where to download it from.
