Frustrating Forum Problem

I've managed to login to the forum using Facebook, but I can't login to the MT4 community from MT4 using any manner of user name or password that I can think of.

I've tried the reset password command and it says it send an e-mail to my account - but it never shows up - I've checked the spam and deleted folders and nothing ever shows up there, either.


I have no idea what password it thinks I'm using - it apparently isn't my facebook password.

Your forum login is jlbishop and you can reset password using the following link (and it is the only way to reset password which I know):

You've probably mixed or forget your password, reset it here: https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten

There is the service desk link ... but I never used it to reset password (you can try ...):

Thank you all - the problem is resolved.  I am getting the e-mails.  They were delayed by about 20 minutes.
