If you can not open demo account with some broker - select the other broker to open demo account.
Because many brokers are providing free demo account (and some of them - for limited time only sorry).

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.
