MT5 Android: Almost unusable as it is slowed down by 4000+ messages in inbox that cannot be deleted

Hi,
since many months, my MT5 app on Android is slowed down signicantly by >4000 messages in the inbox which cannot be deleted.
The app has become almost unusable, as it seems to load those messages every time it connects to the broker.
Even after re-installing the app the messages are downloaded again.
When trying to delete the messages via trash icon, nothing happens. The messages are not removed.
Those messages have one thing on common: Each of them appears 4 times in the inbox (see attached screenshot). They date from 20 Jun 2016 - 30 Oct 2020.
All other messages can be deleted as usual. This looks like a broken internal data storage on the server-side or something similar.
The problem doesn't occur with another broker I use.
My broker is ActivTrades, UK and said that they cannot help me.
I am using MT5 Android Build 2820 (05 March 2021) with a Samsung S20 Plus.
Can anybody help me?
