MQL5.com is not a broker, when you deposited your money you should have read the warning message:

Top up MQL5 Services to purchase trading applications from the Market, subscribe to Signals, rent a VPS and order trading robots from the Freelance. 

Also in the footer writes: Not a broker, no real trading accounts

You can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5.com account, for any other case contact the Service Desk at the bottom of this website: Contacts and requests.
