I have the same issue with one of my products, I contacted the service desk to have any clarification and the reply was " It is issue with your fake reviews Explain they please". I'm wondering who work at the service desk to give these rough and direct accusations without this being at all true. Actually , as I understood there is a bot based on an algo which consider fake or genuine the product reviews. Should I be defined as a dishonest by an algorithm? Are we joking? I feel at very least insulted, after my personal efforts and hard work to offer valid products on this site.

Dont engage.
Thats the best advice i can offer.
Its their rules.
Whether or not an employee is professional in their conduct or not thats up to the administration.
And i dont disagree with you .
But also ,from a coding standpoint , its really hard to "catch" fake reviews .
In my case for instance a user was stunned by the gui and posted a review probably very close to the purchase date . Is that fake logically ? no ,algorithmically ? yes . Do we know if i paid him under the table to post that ? no .
Just dont engage . Do your best for your products , if good products get purchased its good for the company too .They know that , or they will soon if they dont already.
Dont engage.Ignore it

Thanks for your advice, and I agree with you 100%. But the instinctive reaction when you know you have worked honestly and hard it is to defend your dignity first of all.
Lorentzos I firmly believe that we can't leave everything to algorithms in this crazy world, otherwise there will be a day that humanity will pay bad for that. I believe in semi-atomate the process under the human supervision but not in totally automate everything. Etymology of the word "automa" from Latin language is "something or someone who is not aware of its own acts" and with that I said everything.

I understand , but always give the other side the benefit of the doubt .(even if they dont do it for you)
Get in their shoes , the administration says "This algorithm will penalise scammers" .They have to tow the line ,in their eyes whoever is flagged is a scammer.
Can there be better methods ? offcourse . But for now just take a note of it . Maybe it will be useful someday.
