Error when trying to sign a trading signal on MT4

Hello everyone. I'm trying to subscribe to this channel: [...]. But when I click on subscribe, the MQL5 site directs to MT4, and on MT4 even though I am already connected to the MQL5 community account (and with credit above the value of the signal I want to hire), clicking on subscribe is not confirmed!
I am in need of assistance as urgently as possible.
The attached image proves this.
I await some assistance.

Yu can try to understand which error you are having,

  • check the logs,
  • check Internet Explorer (it should be the latest version, for example - IE version 11),
  • check the build of Metatrader (make sure that you are not using old build of MT4 or MT5)
  • Windows version? I hope you are not using Windows XP ..
  • and more.
