Rating is decreased if you delete something that gave you credit points (signal, product etc.) or if something else that you've used and had credited you with some points was removed (again signal, product etc.).

Ratings is floating base on the activity on the forum (threads were deleted, posts were deleted), and based on the Signals and the Market products.
