As per experts saying,it can repaints in some cases,better to use some thing else alternatively

You can't "convert" the code; the code must be rewritten for MQ5.

Contact the owner of the code and see if there is an MQ5 or offer to pay for the work required.

1. MT4: Learn to code it.
   MT5: Learn to code. If you don't learn MQL4/5, there is no common language for us to communicate. If we tell you what you need, you can't code it. If we give you the code, you don't know how to integrate it into yours.
