I deposited more money than I whanted in the mql5 comunity, and now i can't withdraw because i have not won money! wtf! what kind of scam is this!

There is no scam, only people who don't read the rules before using a service.

Money can only be withdrawn via WebMoney, PayPal or ePayments and up to the amount of your earnings.

You can only spend funds deposited via other payment systems, withdrawal is not allowed. Please contact us via Service Desk in case of wrong deposit.

Simply you can not withdraw funds if you deposited, you can withdraw only earning.
