The broker disabled Metatrader accounts with scalping 2 times so I will have to change the broker finally to the other one.

Demo, Alpari rus.
Alpari rus is having some limitation for mini accounts (for acounts started with 0.01 lot size): no more then lot size = 3 totally for 1 traded symbol.
Alpari UK does not have this limitation but it is always something as "separate/divide the clients by citizenship" such as Russians, clients from the UK and from the US (Alpari US). So, there are 2 kinds of the limitation for Alpari as I know: 3 lot size max for mini lot for Alpari rus and some difficulties to open real account with the broker you want.
