escape ea refined

Have tested on AVA FX and FX PRO, have made it 4 digits, this can be altered easily, and made lot size 0.01 (for micro accounts, can also be changed easily.

Let me know if youve found it helpfull. ive added profit protector (from codersguru) but can get that part working yet.

One question to the EA from Escape, the last version. Is it possible to use a timemanagement for the orders? So that the programm make only 1 order per 60 seconds or something?
