Your broker has to support nanolots not Dolly system.
Oh, because I read somewhere that if an EA is created for an Indicator and the EA is set to trigger 0.01 lot trades but the Indicator doesn't support them, only 0.1 then it won't work. Is that wrong information?
Also, what time frame does Dolly work best on?

Think that will work. The lots are not important for indicators.
